Proper Care and Grooming is a Government Propaganda film produced in 1948 and targeting the hygienically retarded youth of the 1940s and 1950s. As this was prior to the welcomed advent of Aluminum based antiperspirants, the only form of body odor warfare was to "deodorize", which really means "reodorize" or even more accurately "polyodorize" or "multiodorize", right? Because when you add a second smell to the original, unpleasant smell - you end up with a sickeningly putrid odor casserole. And not the delicious, cheese-covered type of casserole, either.
