Cape Town animal shelter faces closure

A Cape Town animal shelter, which is about to close, is making one final attempt to find homes for dozens of its four-legged residents. The Adopt a Pet Animal Shelter in Philippi is scrapping its adoption fees for most of the dogs and cats it houses. It hopes this will motivate people to open their homes to the animals. eNCA's Monique Mortlock has the story.
