On today's program, host Eduardo Rothe interviews Roberto Salvatierra, General Director of Planning at Bolivia's Environment and Water Ministry. He is representing Bolivia at a ministerial meeting on the environment of member countries of the ALBA (Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America) held in Caracas.
