Metro Manila number coding is back!

Starting tomorrow, Dec. 1, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will be implementing the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP), popularly known as number coding scheme, in a bid to reduce the number of vehicles amid the start of the pre-pandemic traffic build-up especially in major thoroughfares of the National Capital Region.<br /><br />READ: https://mb.com.ph/2021/11/30/m....etro-manila-number-c
