Transport groups urge number coding exemption

Transport groups urged the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority to exempt public transport sector from the number coding scheme. They said public transportation is only 14 percent of the total vehicle population but the MMDA is opposing the proposal. - ANC, The World Tonight, May 19, 2015
