trekking on mount Cameroon

it takes up to 4 days to walk casually up and down Mount Cameroon. It can also take less than 4 hours if you are the front runner of the marathon race organized in february there. To assess the climb, I went trekking for a few hours to check it out;; from the savannah overlooking the clouds, I filmed the walk down with fellow walkers and our friendly guides.
