University student trains rooster to play Chinese songs on keyboard

A smart rooster plays Chinese songs on a keyboard after being trained to do so by a university student in southwestern China. <br /><br />The impressive video, filmed in the city of Guiyang in Guizhou Province on December 4, shows a rooster pecking at individual keys to the tune of a Chinese patriotic song called "Me and My Country" as well as a pop song called "Fairy Tale" on the keyboard.<br /><br />The young man named Xiao Chuang is a student at Guizhou Vocational College of Agriculture, learning pet care and training. He borrowed the rooster from a nearby farmer and trained him for around two months.<br /><br />Xiao said the rooster was trained twice a day during feeding time and each training session lasted around five minutes.
