Venezuelan parliament re-elects speaker

Venezuela's National Assembly has re-elected its speaker. <br /><br />Diosdado Cabello could temporarily replace the ailing President Hugo Chavez, if he does not return to power.<br /><br />But the government says it might just delay Chavez's inauguration.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Teresa Bo reports.
